This website has been created by local music enthusiast, to provide the public with a friendly and informative update on events at the Battle of the Bands 2005 competition. The website will keep the public up to date with the competition results, band profiles and all of the latest news from the event which gets underway on the 17th February for approximately 28 weeks.

There is also a message board posted here to allow for discussion and debate on the performances of the bands and the results of the heats and finals. In addition, competitions and special features will be added to the site throughout the event.

A few people may notice me as I'm always around the Yarmouth and Lowestoft music scenes, due to my passion for live music. You can't beat a great night of live music accompanied with the odd pint of the devils liquid.Me and Adam decided to put this site together so that we could share our passion for music with everyone else and also allow the people to share their views on this years Battle of the Bands. I'm generally described as being a top bloke, who's always up for a good laugh and a top night out.

I have a wide range of taste in music which should stand me in good stead to review any performance that is thrown at me. My favourite local bands are Half Cream, Rawkus, Rock Doctors, Egypt, Lynchburg Tenn, Real, The Divide and Worlds Apart. My favourite signed bands are Muse, The Darkness, Radiohead, The Coral, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Coldplay, AC/DC, Led Zeppelin and many more. I'm an approachable type of guy who has a real passion for living life to the full. I hope you all enjoy Battle of the Bands and our website!
